| David Chen is the chairman and a senior partner
of Jade & Fountain PRC Lawyers. David's practice areas include corporate restructuring,
IPO, merge and acquisition, foreign direct investment, syndicated
loan, overseas financing, shareholder's interest protection, real
estate, e-commerce and etc.
David is the legal advisor of numerous corporations as well as governmental and community entities, including Shanghai Changning District People's Government, CITIC (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Each-Net and Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd., and provides the clients with comprehensive and forward-seeing legal advises.
David is also active in many professional organizations, such as the Shanghai Changning District Association of Industry and Commerce Consultants, E-commerce Law Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and etc.
