Mr. Chen Jiaqiu is a consultant in Jade & Fountain's Shanghai office. Mr. Chen has extensive experience in a broad range of areas including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of state-owned enterprises, corporate and disputes resolution. Mr. Chen acts as PRC legal counsel for a number of large state-owned enterprises and a leading law firm in Hong Kong. Mr. Chen recently represented a number of foreign clients in their international arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Chen has been teaching law for many years and was nominated as a law professor in 1987. Mr. Chen also worked as a legal journalist for Shanghai Xin Min Evening News during 1960's.
