Mr. He Weiyue is an associate in Jade & Fountain's Shanghai office. His main practice areas include corporate, mergers and acquisitions, asset restructuring, capital markets, disputes resolution, real estate and intellectual property. Mr. He has retained by more than 20 foreign and domestic clients as their PRC legal counsel.

Mr. He's experience includes acting for several listed companies in their asset restructuring, representing in a acquisition project in China by an international food and beverage company, handling a number of sino-foreign joint venture projects and representing several leading real estate developers in their real estate projects. Mr. He also represented clients in several important litigation cases.

Mr. He also teaches law in a university in Shanghai as a law professor. He is an author of several law school text books and frequently publishes articles on various legal topics.
