Mr. Jiang Yonghua is a senior partner of Jade & Fountain PRC Lawyers. Mr. Jiang specializes in providing various non-litigation legal advises to real estate development and construction enterprises, and is also experienced in commercial litigations and arbitrations. Mr. Jiang also handles criminal cases, and is quite successful in criminal defending.

Mr. Jiang has won many individual awards, such as the Outstanding Lawyer Award and the Outstanding Legal Service Provider in Legal Assistance Cases Award.

Mr. Jiang holds a Chinese law degree. Before joining Jade & Fountain, Mr. Jiang used to teach law.
