Cherry Lin is an associate of Jade & Fountain's Shanghai office. Cherry specializes in general corporate matters, intellectual property rights matters, registration application for medical treatment products and bodily injury matters.

Cherry is experienced in handling investment projects for domestic clients in various sectors including professional services, hi-tech and IT. Cherry has provided legal services to many companies concerning certain specific corporate and commercial matters such as intellectual property rights. She specializes in the registration, infringement claim and protection for patent. Cherry also provides foreign and domestic clients with legal services for importing, registration and administrative approval for medical treatment products.

Cherry was born and grew up in Shanghai and holds one Chinese law degree and one medical degree. Before joining Jade & Fountain, Cherry used to work with a law firms specialized in bodily injury cases.
