Ricky Luo is an associate of Jade & Fountain PRC Lawyers' corporate and M&A team. Prior to joining Jade & Fountain, Ricky worked for a leading Chinese law firm in its corporate and business law group. Ricky received education in the field of economic and law from prestigious institutions in both China and Ireland.

Ricky advises both domestic and international clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, capital markets, foreign direct investment, corporate restructurings, corporate insolvency, dispute resolution, as well as general corporate and business matters. In particular, Ricky's experiences include advising foreign investors' acquisition of shares and assets of Chinese companies, providing legal service to Chinese companies listed on overseas stock exchanges, assisting multinationals to set up holding companies and subsidiaries in China and providing them with ongoing legal support in the areas of contract, employment, real estate, IP rights, etc.

Over the years, Ricky has also conducted extensive legal research and developed expertise in the specialized areas of shipbuilding, sports law and international arbitration.
