Mr. Tu Lei is a partner of Jade & Fountain's Shanghai office. Mr. Tu is able to offer professional services in the fields of both law and business planning. Mr. Tu specializes in corporate restructuring, merger and acquisition, foreign direct investment and overseas financing, shareholders' interest protection, real estate and franchise.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Tu worked for several companies as an inhouse lawyer and business planning manager. He has taken lead or been involved in the marketing and promotion of many famous brands, and is experienced in legal control and risk prevention in advertising business and products promotion. With effective business planning and relevant legal documentation, Mr. Tu can provide the clients with more comprehensive and professional legal services.

Mr. Tu is the legal advisor of Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Business, Shanghai Zhongcai School, and etc. He is working on shareholding restructuring, corporate system restructuring and collective labor dispute resolution for large state-owned enterprises, such as Shanghai Electric Group, Jiangnan Shipyard (Group) Co., Ltd. and Labor Daily, and is assisting overseas funds in investment to domestic energy source industry.
