Mr. Wang Lu is a consultant in Jade & Fountain's Shanghai office. Mr. Wang's practice covers foreign direct investments, general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, franchising and licensing and US immigrations.

Mr. Wang worked in international and immigration section for McKenna Long & Aldridge (MLA), one of the leading law firms in the USA, where he was credited with a key role in launching the firm’s Asian practice.

Mr. Wang successfully handled numerous international corporate cases and assisted clients in investing and doing business in China. His clients include Chinese and international companies of different natures and varying sizes, including many Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Wang assisted major clients such as McDonald's and Shanghai Electric Company, for example, in doing business transactions and operating business activities in China and the US; Mr. Wang has close contacts with various levels of Chinese government authorities and has won him an appointment as a Legal Advisor to the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Management Commission of Shanghai.
