Mr. Xu Jiping is an associate in Jade & Fountain's Shanghai office. Mr. Xu has extensive experience in a broad range of areas including disputes resolution, corporate, intellectual property and international trade. Mr. Xu is also an expert in contract and employment disputes, real estate, corporate reorganization and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Xu holds two Chinese law degrees. Before joining Jade & Fountain, Mr. Xu used to work for a leading law firm in Jiangxi province. Mr. Xu has over 6 years teaching experience in universities and received a "most popular teacher among students" award in 2000. He is teaching law in two universities in Shanghai as instructor.
