Helen Zhou is a partner of Jade & Fountain's Shanghai office. Helen has extensive expertise in management of legal affairs in real estate investments. She is experienced in company establishment, project feasibility research, design and construction, property sales and leases, property management and operations for restaurants and hotels, international trade, international financing and investment as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Helen holds a Chinese law degree. Before joining Jade & Fountain, Helen used to work with several famous foreign invested enterprises.
