Woody Zhou is a seasoned lawyer
specialized in general corporate matters, civil litigations, arbitration
cases, labor dispute resolutions, and estate succession proceedings.
Woody’s practices also include real estate, trademark and family
issues.
Woody represented public companies in their assets reorganizations,
represented multinational companies in acquiring Chinese assets
and/or shares of Chinese companies, and assisted high net-worth
individuals in their family estate planning and estate succession
proceedings.
Before being a fulltime lawyer, Woody worked for a university and
a NPO and participated in several national social research projects.
He was one of the major researchers of the Chinese social indicator
system which is applied nationwide in China.
