Mr. Zhu Guoxiang is an associate in Jade & Fountain's Shanghai office. Mr. Zhu has extensive experience in general civil law practice, restructuring of state-owned enterprises, corporate and disputes resolution. Mr. Zhu is retained as legal counsel by a number of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.

Mr. Zhu has been teaching law for many years and frequently writes and publishes articles on various legal topics.
