On January 19, 2018, Shanghai Charity Foundation convened the fifth session of the fourth meeting of the Supervisory Board, on which the resolution suggesting the supplement of our senior partner, Tu Lei as a supervisor was passed. Founded in 1994, Shanghai Charity Foundation is a non-profit legal person. Its major business scope covers fund raising, charity driving and social charity undertaking developing. Currently, the position of the Chief Councilor is taken by the former Chairman of Shanghai CPPCC, Feng Guoqin; and the Chief Supervisor by the former Deputy Secretaries of Shanghai Discipline Inspection Commission and Director of Supervision Bureau, Gu Guolin.
