Jade & Fountain is pleased to announce the appointment of Yanay Looshi as International Counsel to the firm. Yanay is a qualified Israeli lawyer and holds a LLM Degree from Peking University. He is based in the firm's Beijing office and specialises in foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, intellectual property and labor law in China.
Prior to joining Jade & Fountain, Yanay worked for a Beijing-based Chinese law firm and thereafter acted as a consultant to several multinational companies with regards to their operations in China. Before relocating to China, Yanay also practiced in a leading law firm in Israel.
