Cheryl Jin is a partner of Jade & Fountain. Her practice covers foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and liquidation, intellectual property and data protections as well as general corporate and business matters. Cheryl has received overseas training at a large international Canadian law firm.
Over the ten years she has spent at J&F, Cheryl has helped a number of major international clients (among others, including overseas listed companies and prestigious international associates) in their incorporation of foreign-invested enterprises in China, acquisition of assets and equities from Chinese companies and protection of IP rights in China, as well as assisted clients with company liquidation and closure and claims for bankruptcy creditor‘s rights.
Cheryl also advises and provides ongoing legal support to many foreign and local clients on general corporate and commercial matters such as industry policy, administrative approval, commercial lease, franchise, employment, foreign exchange and tax, etc.
