Zhang Qi (Chuck) is a partner of Jade & Fountain based in Shanghai. Prior to joining Jade & Fountain, Zhang Qi spent over ten years with major European law firms and distinguished international accounting firms. Zhang Qi participated in an annual session of OECD in order to carry out in-depth analysis on tax treaty models between countries (regions) and on international anti-avoidance.
Zhang Qi is specialized in tax law, customs, foreign exchange, company law, foreign direct investments, merger and acquisition and other legal affairs. With respect to foreign direct investments and business operation, Zhang Qi has wide project management experience. Zhang Qi has assisted Chinese investors in succeeding in the “outbound direct investment” project.
